This Font End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and Old City Mailroom (“Licensor”), governing the use of any font software provided by Licensor (the “Font”).

By downloading, installing, or using the Font, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Font.

Grant of License

Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Font for design and communication purposes, within the limits of the license tier you have purchased.

This license is granted to a single company, brand, or individual, named at the time of purchase. The Font may not be used by, for, or on behalf of any other entity without a separate license. 

Company Size & Licensing Tier 

Licenses are structured based on company size (including employees, contractors, collaborators) for Desktop Licensing and web monthly visitor volume for Web Licensing.

Standard License:
Desktop: 1-2 Person Company Size
Web: Up to 10k Monthly Website Visitors

Extended License:
Desktop: 3-10 Person Company Size
Web: Up to 100k Monthly Website Visitors

Custom License:
Desktop: 10+ Person Company Size
Web: 100k+ Monthly Website Visitors

You must purchase a license tier matching or exceeding your company size and website visitor volume. Licensor may request verification to ensure compliance. If your company grows beyond your licensed tier, you must purchase an upgrade.  

DESKTOP USE

The Font may be installed and used on permitted devices by individuals covered under your licensed company size tier (see Section 2), for basic design use.

Standard and Extended License (Under 10 Employees)

Permitted Uses Include:

  • Logos and wordmarks (non-trademarked)

  • Product packaging (limited runs)

  • Social media graphics

  • Print materials (e.g. business cards, flyers)

  • Rasterized use in Canva or other design tools

Not Included (Requires additional licensing):

  • Mass-market product packaging

  • Merchandise (e.g. apparel, mugs, posters)

  • Digital products for resale (e.g. Etsy templates, downloadable designs)

  • Embedding in apps, games, or software UI

  • Trademarked use of the Font in logos or brand identities

Commercial License (10+ Employees)

All commercial uses must be approved and priced based on company size and project scope. Please inquire with details of your project to request a custom license quote. www.oldcitymailroom.com/licensing-inquiry 

Web Use:

  • The Font may be used as a webfont on websites owned and controlled by the Licensee. Web use rights depend on your license tier, which is based on monthly website visitors.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the Font file to any third party

  • Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Font

  • Embed the Font in apps, software, video games, or broadcast media without a separate App or Broadcast License

  • Install the Font on devices beyond your licensed tier

Ownership

The Font remains the intellectual property of Old City Mailroom. This license grants limited rights to use the Font but does not transfer ownership or copyright.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately delete all copies of the Font from all devices and backups.

Disclaimer & Liability

The Font is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Licensor is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Font, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in the state and federal courts located in the jurisdiction of the Licensor.
